Amber and Nichole are welcoming, professional, organized and provide top level customer service. The property and apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are fabulous!

Arcadian was everything I could of asked for. From the amenities, customer service, maintenance, down to the apartment itself was worth every penny. In my year here, I have 0 complaints. Thank you to Nicole and the staff whos assisted me through my time here.

I truly can not say enough good things about The Arcadian! From the day we received our keys they have been awesome. They truly care about their residents and their pets. We received the cutest goodie bag upon move in not only for us but for our pet as well! I absolutely love the sense of community I feel here. They are constantly finding ways to give back to their residents by creating gift wrapping stations during the holidays, hosting pet costume contests, donuts/coffee, etc. We have not had to utilize the maintenance team much but the rare occasion that we have had to they have been very quick to assist and friendly. The apartments themselves are very beautiful inside and out as well as the amenities within the clubhouse. Being close to Meijers and Walgreens is a luxury I never knew I needed until moving in as well. I could not recommend them enough!

My family and I love it here! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. The complex itself is really lovely. The staff are all great and so helpful. They always seem happy to answer any questions I have and are very friendly.

I have rented from many different apartments and by far this is the best place I've ever lived. The amenities were clean, well looked after, and open reasonable hours. The apartments are very new, and everything worked without any issues. My only comment is that with the apartments being so new, I felt they entered often to check that things are working properly, but the communication to these maintenance visits were well communicated. The staff in the office is extremely helpful and prompt to answer. The sole reason for leaving is moving to another state, but I would recommend this place to anyone!
