        Honestly, I'm still a resident and my experience has been awful. I live in an above apartment and the people below us are NASTY mean. They complain about everything including the people before us. I have to go up and down the stairs to get to my apartment. I use a bark box to limit my dogs' barking, but we have to listen to their fighting, yelling, and other noises. I am a new resident and was trying to be understanding. Also, the apartments are not as nice as they seem. The apartments are not well taken care of or repaired. I had to have my own carpets cleaned to remove the urine smell from the last residents. This place is not work the money, especially with no amenities. I would highly recommend looking into Arcadian.

        Ive had no AC for 5 days in 90 degree weather. I pay 1400 a month for this place. Management has said each day they are coming to fix it but never do. No one listens to you. The temporary AC unit they put in doesnt work well.

        Have had birds living in my wall for over 4 months. 10+ calls to the main office and about as many online maintenance requests and still nothing has been done. Terrible maintenance, terrible management.
