Sean and his team made the home buying process simple and hassle free. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them all and put my mind at ease. Thank you so much to Sean and Heather for holding my hand during the home buying process. After my husband passed, I was unsure what to do in order to buy a house. My Realtor referred me to Grand Oak Mortgage, they went above and beyond from application to closing. It turns out I was able to utilize my husband's VA Benefits as a surviving spouse! Who knew?
