My wife and I recently transferred our used car loan from another bank to Genisys for a far better rate of interest. LaToya Urquhart walked us through the process in record time, and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversation as she completed our paperwork. The entire staff in Grand Blanc is outstanding and LaToya is an excellent example of banking at its best!

I applied for a credit card increase on Monday 3/18 and still have not received my decision. I have called twice and emailed the lender everyday with little to no response. It should not take 5 business days to receive my decision. The lender called me back on Wednesday at 5:31pm to tell me the branch is now closed, so I could not call back and said she would send a follow up email with my decision which did not happen. Its incredibly disappointing service.
