I called this morning to schedule an appt. after being sick for the past 3 days. The receptionist is so rude & Im simply says there are no appts available to go to my nearest urgent care. I hang up but sit & think wow this person gave me no option. How about give me some options, tell me when the next available appointment is, offer to put me on the cancellation list. Listen to my issues, sick ppl are calling be kind!! Instead she hangs up on me after I called back the 2nd time because I tell her shes being rude. A grown woman representing a Doctors office Hangs up on a sick patient who utilizes this office as their primary care, why? Because I call you out on your childish behavior. Its okay for you to be rude but as soon as someone tells you about yourself you act like a victim. You are in the wrong job & you Doctors have the wrong person handling your calls.

The best physician I ever have had an opportunity to see. Listened to all my needs and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. Have seen multiple other drs and she is the one who finally treated me the way a patient should be treated. Not only was the treatment great, but she was prompt and on time every visit I have had. Would recommend to anyone in my family or friends needing a new pcp. Best Dr in Genesee County!

Went in for blood work for menopause and a referral to a foot doctor . Sent me for blood work and got all except what I needed and 6 months later still waiting for foot doctor. I did get a ton of calls for my pap and breast exam, that I didn't need. And now she dropped me .

Frustrated over these doctors who don't listen and just want your money. I had a prescription written 3 months ago, it was denied by the insurance company, but she still wrote the prescription and I was going to pay out of pocket. She told me she would appeal it with the insurance company, and they never followed up or told me anything about the status or if they even filed the appeal. Fast forward to today when my insurance changed and this office doesn't accept it anymore... I called to get a copy of that prescription that was never filled while I waited for them to appeal it, and they won't give it to me now to fill because they said I need another appointment. I JUST HAD ONE FOR THE SAME ISSUE 3 months ago!!!! But now they want to charge me again for a visit (virtual because it takes months to get into her for anything in person) all so she can tell me the EXACT SAME THING she did 3 months ago, and prescribe the exact same thing she did 3 months ago. **Now that I questioned this she no longer wants to see me as a patient. Her front desk staff is rude and condescending too. Then when she called to tell me this, she said "all I was asking was for you to schedule an appointment." She is so out touch to think that anyone would want to pay $150 to just talk to her VIRTUALLY, for her to tell you the same thing she did at TWO previous visits for the same exact reason. I sure miss Dr Sharma. That was a doctor that understood patients and LISTENED.
