Terrible people work here! They do not care about their patients. It's just a job to them. They don't answer questions with any clear answers. My husband was recently diagnosed with Diabetes, and they basically said " your diabetic have a nice day". No information was given to him on what to do from there. I mean none! He called the next day to ask questions, and they acted put out and inconvenienced that he was even asking. They are incredibly rude and literally just don't care. My husband is a very patient gentle kind man, and I can't believe he's being treated like this. Which tells me they are just an office full of unhappy people who do not care about others. This place should be shut down. Since Dr. Trudell retired and left it's just awful. Stay away from this place.

We always find Dr Trudell pleasant, thorough & patient. Shannon is the best!! This office works very long hours & a little kindness goes a long way. We ask a lot of questions & have never felt rushed. Thank you forbeibg there for me in these uncertain tines

Doctor Trudell is not the problem - it would be the office staff they don't know how to return calls, there rude, they screw up paper work and try to blame the patient.

Mark Trudell is not the issue here it is the passive aggressive receptionist and less than adequate PA that has us looking for another Doctors office!
