    Avoid this location at all costs. I had an accident near here in July 2023. Called for a car the following morning and no response, repeatedly. I called the national Hertz number, told them this was an insurance claim and reserved a car. Arrived at the location for pick-up and the woman was outright rude to us and that 'she would tell us if we could have a car from her lot'. I told her again that this was an insurance claim but I did not yet have a claim # or an agent and she said it was no problem. She then entered this as a personal rental, not an insurance claim, and then repeatedly lied to my insurance company that I had never said anything about an insurance claim. Disgusting behavior and horrible service. Avoid at all costs.

    I had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I have been trying unsucessfully for 6 months to get a $300 "cleaning fee" refunded to my credit card. The credit card company cannot help nor can Hertz Customer Service; only this location can refund the charge is what I have been told. The manager needs some serious training in customer service and people skills. After being told over the telephone about the charge, I went the next day to the location in person. I was told I would be getting the charge and that she was not going to debate it. She then rudely walked away from me. I recieved the rental mini van, paid for by my insurance company, while my pickup was in getting repairs. I had it for a week and went to a couple of different sporting events. The carpeted mats got soiled from mud and stones in the parking lot of a soccer complex. I turned it back in thinking that is normal use and is not something I needed to clean up. Aproximately 3 hours after returning the vehicle, left unlocked per their instructions, I was accused of spilling cat litter in the car and told via telephone there would be a $300 cleaning fee. I told her there was no cat littler in the vehicle (I do not have a cat) but she would not listen. I asked for photos which were never provided. I also was not given an option to clean the vehicle before the charge was processed. I am a local insurance agent that recommends rental cars for clients. I will not recommend this location at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Prior to making this post, I have made two more attempts to rectify this issue. I left a voicemail over two weeks ago (during business hours) that was never returned. I have now called their office twice today; both times going to voicemail. In addition to stellar customer service skills apparently no one knows how to return messages or answer the phone. Hertz is good company that I have used over the years without problem. This issue, however, is this location and the woman who "manages" it.
