        I was a guest at the Hilton Garden Inn Flint Downtown, Room 806, for the past 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. During that time, overnight front desk concierge Chris was wonderful. He had a very friendly and upbeat attitude, was always accommodating and happy to help, and he anticipated my needs without even asking. You have a very good employee on your hands with Chris. That is hard to find today. I thought he deserved some recognition.

        The staff was great and very friendly! The hotel itself I love the location right in the heart of downtown! Valet parking is $20 they dont have onsite parking! They dont have a sofa in the dbl queen bed room if you traveling with family thats a bummer no where for ppl to sit! They have Netflix and tubi and other apps online tv available for u to sign into your account! The breakfast was great but it took a long to receive our meal after ordering it! This was my second stay at this hotel! My highlight was the food! Its really good Food & drinks: Was great

        No pool or hot tub, but beautiful place & rooms are amazing, clean & modern. Rooftop bar is only open for the season (May to?)... Just a tad bit upset about our room service issues. No way to contact them directly from the room & by the time we got the menu delivered to us, the service was closed. Front desk didn't answer to help us out, but an employee named Lee was so helpful and kind & offered to go get us food from another establishment.
