Cannot even use insurance to cover medications this insurance company is garbage, I had to put a referral in to get another insurance taken off so I'd be able to get my medications and obviously they did nothing worthless im still unable to get my inhaler like what is so hard about removing a insurance policy I have no idea how it came about under my name I hope this company goes out of business soon

I had this health insurance for 4 years, I've never had an issue in all that time. I was diagnosed with cancer and I've always been able to get to my appointments. When I had to use transportations I never had an issue getting one set up. I only had to change insurances cause I turned 65 and had to go to Medicare.

I would have never got on this insurance if I knew one there was a limit on how far they'd take you to a appointment and 2 there was this many negative reviews. I'm highly shocked that so many of these companies treat people that are on Medicaid there really needs to be an investigation. Just goes to show everyone that those of very low income that can't afford out of pocket health Insurance get treated poorly.
