Health Alliance Plan - HAP

ATTN Employers. Keep you employees happy and do NOT change your insurance provider to HAP. Unfortunately, our experiences with this company have been nothing short of a complete headache. Perscription denial after perscription denial. What adds to the frustration is that the prescriptions we have managed to obtain through HAP are more expensive than using a GoodRx coupon.

Beware if youre employed here especially if youre a security guard. There are KARENS there aka white bored women who dont know how to mind their business. They helped take way away a job from a single, BLACK mother who struggling to find help for her child. Employers dont care about people like me anyway. Even when we show up & prove that were good employees it doesnt matter. So I want to thank Tami, Renae & any other KAREN up there to go to hell.

This is the worst insurance I've ever had! I don't even want to give them 1 star. I elected for the higher plan, which is not cheap - and yet they have hurt my health and my wallet more than helped. I had an accident this year and injured my knee- they decided I only had "knee pain" and would not pay for MRI that ER Dr AND primary Dr said I needed. Paid for it out of pocket to discover to had ACL tear and a fracture!! With ACL tear and deductable met for year I still have to pay over $100 per week for my PT! And then today Dr prescribed me new med and going to pick it up pharmacy tells me insurance denied paying! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS WORTHLESS INSURANCE!

This place is the biggest scam of any health insurance out there me and my wife have been members for six years and because her job pays for her insurance she canceled the policy and they automatically canceled mine they will not offer a refund they will not even offer an explanation these guys are nothing but the biggest crooks
