Gaurav was a phenomenal help. He worked with us late into the day to set up my son's high school checking account after another branch that had multiple people said that they didn't have time and couldn't tell us when they would and asked for my number.

Horrible customer service at this branch. We went in today to get a document verification signature (similar to notarizing a document, in fact, much simpler, just had to verify my ID card and signature) It was humiliating and embarrassing to wait for so long and were sent back saying its not JP Morgan chases policy to sign/verify such documents. I told them I am a chase account holder, in fact a private client (whatever that means). After speaking to couple of supervisors, (one never even cared to come out to lobby to find out the issue) they started looking up for to their official policy on the internet. I had done so many documents notarized before at other branches. Its hard to go bank to this branch again.
