I drove through the parking lot looking at potential trucks. I kind of knew what I wanted but I wasnt settled on anything. As I was driving around Austen one of the salesmen came out and introduced himself, asked how I was and what I was looking for. I took the time to talk to him and he was able to put together the truck of all the bells and whistles I talked about I wanted. From the color, to the year, to the make and model down to the nitty grit of what kind of specs it had. Austen was very knowledge and was able to help me decide on what I wanted, especially something roomy for my kids. All the staff at Riverside dodge were so helpful and made purchasing a new vehicle so painless. My youngest son who is 7m loved hanging out with Sales women Holly while I did all my signatures Meghan and her whole team are wonderful to work with, and Im glad I was just strolling around and Austen worked so well to make sure I was happy leaving that building.

I recently had a few rather odd warranty recall issues with my 2022 ram pick up. I must say Nichole in the service department and her team have been great. She communicated extremely well throughout the whole process and got me in and out quicker than expected. Really, really appreciate it. Keep up the great work.
