        Ive been coming to this store, or others managed by this particular owner for decades. (Shes wonderful. And the team at this store is decent.). But perhaps they havent noticed that I havent been back in two months. Why? Thats a great question your corporate office can field. They managed to turned one of your most loyal customers away. And absolutely ZERO follow-up. In two months. Despite specifically reaching out to the owner via the office. Shortly, Im going to give up coffee altogether. But if I were a franchisee, I would be FURIOUS at the way they handle complaints. Terrible.

        Coffee Barista was less than pleasant with my wife, my daughter, and myself due to the fact that she was having difficulty with someone trying to apply for a job. Drinks were great but you just turned us away from coming here again with so many other options.
