BEWARE! They are out of network for most INS companies! Including Delta Dental which is in Lansing. They will scam you and you will only see half of your money returned from the INS company.

My exam, cleaning, and xrays came to over $300. I was expecting most of it back from the INS company. NOPE! I received only half! If you want to be ripped off, then go here.

Went there for years, got my braces there, everything was good until one of the technicians broke my permanent retainers during a cleaning on my bottom teeth, they refused to fix it, and now all my bottom teeth are crooked, and I have a witch tooth and hurt everyday, told me Id have to pay another 3k for new bottom braces years after I had braces and after already paying 6k for braces in the first place, now I have to get teeth removed at only 21 years old, because of the damage they caused is irreversible now, I was 17 when they broke my permit retainer and refused to fix it. They are probably one of the worst dentist in mid Michigan. What kind of place would break my Permanent retainer and then say oh yeah youll have to pay for all new braces again?? I had a metal rod from it sticking out for months because they said they wouldnt fix it unless I payed them even though they broke it typical for Dewitt though

As a person who has always had a little fear of going to the dentist, I finally found the perfect spot. They do great work and also take the time to make sure the patient is comfortable and understands each step of the process.
