I'll never go back to this office again. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I was so caught off guard. From this place of "Family Dentistery" I was waiting for the office to unlock there door from lunch. So I decided to go through the rocks out front. So out comes this dark haired heavy set mean rude as heck lady,and says "can I ask what your doing?" Snoot snotty attitude. I said I'm just looking at rocks waiting for you to unlock the door for an apoinment. Well, he don't have an appointment now, I talk to him at 11:30 and his appointment was at 12. No his appointment was at 1pm, I made that appointment over a month ago. No his appointment was at 12:30 first she told me 12, no it was at 1pm. Well he don't have an appointment. So because he didnt come in early now he doesnt have an appointment. You also had to fillout paperwork. Yup because he didnt go in an hour early she was angry. Basically telling me I was stealing her rocks, I said I put the rocks down. I was like are you serious? I said I cant believe your treating me like this. Your evil!!! I have to say there was no excuse for this at all. What is wrong with people. Treating people so nasty mean and rotten at a place where you are paying them for services. I'll never go back to this office and I can see why they have a 3.something rating!!! I want my medical records sent to me as well. I will be posting about this treatment every place I can. And lady you were wrong. I hope it makes you feel real good to treat people so rude nasty and you are EVIL. That was hurtful. Uncalled for. No excuse! Cause you were mad because we didnt and couldnt come in an hour early. You dont know our life circumstances so why did you feel the need to treat me that way? As well as I wasnt told till she asked my son to come in early at 1130 about paperwork. And I made that appointment over a month ago I believe. Well karma will come to you the same way you treat people lady. So while you walked in the building running your mouth someone else might not be as nice about it and walk away. What happen to kindness and nice people? I'm still hurt and shaking my head on that kind of treatment to people. Shocked for sure. Now I'm a thief of "Her rocks" That's basically what she said! As well as they refused to see my son the door was locked his app. Was at 1pm.Evilness for sure.

I have to admit I was hesitant about going here because of some of the reviews I read. When I called their office they were super friendly and because I was having severe pain, they were able to get me in right away. I saw Dr Allor and he is AMAZING!! I had not been to a dentist in quite a few years and knew my teeth were not in good shape. I felt no judgement. He took care of the immediate issue I was having and we have a plan to get me back on track. Dr Allor genuinely cares about making sure I get to where I want to be in regards to my dental health. I would recommend Dr Allor to anyone who is looking for a dentist who truly cares, and is great at what he does. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with the work he has done and to make sure you are comfortable while there. I've been back to see him several times now...probably about ten times. Every time I go in the staff is always so friendly and helpful and I've never observed an unhappy patient. Please do not listen to any of the negative reviews and give this place a call if you are looking for a great dentist. You will not be disappointed.

Great Lakes Dental has been really outstanding in my dental work. Dr. Sadler takes the time to explain options and went the extra mile when I lost the connection to my implanted tooth. I recommend Great Lakes as a personable and high quality dental practice.
