I originally inquired online with this place on August 18th. I was called with in 5 minutes and said they are in my area Wednesdays but since it was Thursday he would call me the next day which was Aug 19th or the 20th and come at that time. Days went by and I heard nothing. I called again on August 24th Which was Wednesday and he said they were too busy but I was on the schedule for the next day Thursday Aug 24th. Thursday came and went,nothing. Friday at about 230-3 I called and text a few times before I got a text back saying they couldn't make it but they would come Friday August 26th. Friday they didn't show but he assured me Saturday the 27th he was coming. At 6 pm Saturday after calling and texting him he text at 630 saying something broke on a mower and I was first on the list for Sunday August 28th. Sunday I waited all day and at 530 pm after several calls and texts that were unanswered he text saying sorry they didn't have time but I would be out on the priority list for Monday morning August 29th. He said they start at 8 am. As I type this it's 10am Monday and my calls have been ignored. Is this normal? I just can't imagine a professional business not showing up that many times in a row, and Jonathan Henry seems very uninterested in any of it. I guess that's the normal way that customers are treated.
