Terrible! Praying my complex switches yard services soon. They don't pick up items before the cut the grass and have hit my window twice. Scattereing it once then breaking it out the frame the second time. They left the glass and everything. No note or clean up. Thanks a lot for the headaches, disregard and lack of response to the issue. Thanks for the reply! I never claimed the window was broken in August. We reported that the window was fractured in June, there was an impact point only on the exterior window, it was not a crack, nor were both windows damaged. At that time we didn't receive a call from The Yard Man as we were told we'd receive by initial management company, not sure who dropped the ball on that but it wasn't us. You claim the damage was noted in mid July, which is several weeks after June. To whom was it noted? Because it wasn't us. Also this isn't my first time complaining during those 11 years, not by a long shot. Those complaints seem to be heard as much as my initial report of this damage in June. I literally witnessed one of your employees whack my whole flowerbed down and had to run out to stop them and those were never replaced, which we also complained about, these are not the only complaints. I've also seen mowers cut with the chute facing the window, I've cleaned grass off the windows many times. Interesting that you mentioned the sinkhole in front of my house because that's not my house and that is not the window that was damaged. Also both days the damage happened The Yard Men were present on the property. As for the ring video you shared, did you watch the simple video with the audio on? It's weird the employee is on the phone discussing what equipment caused the damage y'all claim you didn't cause. Also note the lack of a sinkhole being in front of it. If my evidence is not enough please explain how simply stating without proof to the contrary beside your words absolves you. Simply saying you didn't do it when there is evidence to the contrary and not validating that with any physical proof doesn't hold water.
