        Hi, I was skeptical of going here. I always go to Ascension and I have to be honest with you, that was the best hospital experience I have ever had, I had my daughter there down the street at Sinai 31 years ago. And that was amazing as well. From the time we arrived, to getting a bed, and procedure. I am amazed at the kind Nurses, Anesthesiologists, and most of all my Dr. Susan Seman and team were outstanding. Thank you.

        I am upset but most of all disappointed. We as people go to hospitals for many different reasons. We look for help medically. This place that's close to home makes me do not want to be involved with it at all. Calling for help here will not get a person no luck. No one answers the phone or call back. How can a whole hospital run this way? It is highly very unprofessional. A person needing assistance a person needing someone to talk to directly how does a person get in touch? Very frustrated.
