I ordered in the morning and the flowers were delivered in the afternoon. Really nice floral arrangements with a teddy bear hug. Thank you so much

My mom absolutely loved her flowers! I ordered last minute and they were still able to accommodate me and deliver her flower by a certain time. The customer service I received was amazing. Thank you so much for helping me make my mom's birthday special.

What I ordered vs. What I Got: Did not meet my expectations or standards. I ordered the "FTD Eternal Affection Arrangement" but what I received did not look at all like what it should have. Florist did not use the correct flowers (should have been white orchids) but instead used a totally different cheaper flower which looked wilted upon delivery and an abundance of greenery. Never again. Would not recommend Detroit Floral.
