I ordered this tabletop arrangement for an important business meeting. I work with florists all over the country and this business was a delight to work with. Very pleasant service and followed-up with every detail they said they would. On-site, the arrangement was gorgeous. The best we've had for this annual meeting. It was just decided this meeting will be held in Detroit every other year and I plan to call Red Rose back in 2026! It was my pleasure to do business with them.

I ordered flowers online. It said my shopping cart was empty when I tried to submit payment. So I went back and ordered flowers. I then checked my email and saw the first order did go through. I called repeatedly throughout the day Monday. No one ever picked up. There was no voicemail set up.
There was no other way to contact the shop. I couldn't find an email on their website. How are your customers supposed to get in touch?
So I was charged for two arrangements for the same recipient.
I would recommend working with a florist that makes it possible for their customers to reach them about their orders.
