Chase Bank

I went here to pay on my cc bill. I gave the male teller 100 dollars cash. He gave me a receipt all was well..... The money never made it to my account. It threw me into debt. I had late fees also. I had to pay plus my new bill.... I called no one ever called back. I went spoke with someone nothing was done. They're stealing your hard earned money right in front of u. Now I'm also going to report them to BBB and everyone else

I went to withdraw $600 out and I am glad I always count my money before I pull off. They only gave $500 and then tried to tell me check my receipt like I cant count. They eventually gave me my $100 but that isnt the point. PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE COUNT YOUR MONEY BEFORE PULLING OFF OR LEAVING

Do NOT open an account with these people. Chase is a horrible bank. When u cash your check with them, they will keep your money and not allow u to have access to your money until 12 days. Even when my direct deposit begins to work, I don't want to do business with them because the initial experience was so unpleasant. Heads up on that. I deposited my second work check with them on the first of the month. They tell me no access to my money until the 12th of the month. December. 2023. On the 12th of the month I Will definitely be drawing all my money out and closing that account down. I choose to do business with a better bank. That allows me access to MY money that I WORKED HARD FOR, immediately. Not 12 days. Absolutely ridiculous.
