Tried to open a new account and even though the lobby was empty and there were two tellers, they would not assist. Called to speak with the bank manager and was unable to do that. I ended up opening an account elsewhere. Timothy, your customer service was deplorable and you should be embarrassed. You are not efficient, friendly or a problem solver. Pathetic.

Absolutely terrible. 5 years of terrible service , terrible banking practices nothing less then awful experiences over and over and over. High turn over of staff , and no reliable support. If you are a small business this is not the bank for you.

I travel all over for work and usually in most cities I have to go in and break some larger bills so that I can pay some subcontractors. came in here today to break some bills down into smaller units and they would not help me because I did not have a checking account. I do have a Chase credit card which I guess that doesn't make me a good enough customer. I have credit cards with other Banks and they have no problem giving me change because of that. so I have a credit card with Chase but I'm just not quite up to par as a good enough customer to break 100 into 2 50s
