        If you plan on banking with them just know they are out dated. You cant get in touch with anyone after 5 oclock, you cant add you card to Apple Pay or cash app or Venmo. To file a dispute they make you come into bank to fill out paperwork never in my life have I to deal with these simple problems from a bank not even a prepaid account. They need to catch up with times

        Ive never dealt with a bank so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I dont understand the point of having a customer service number if theyre going to make you go out of your way to come into their establishment to do everything. Ive never had a bank tell me to come into the office to file a dispute, then call me unprofessionally to discuss the dispute just to tell me to contact the merchant that Im disputing through (which was already done) prior to filing with MY BANK! Whoever Tamika is, is unprofessional, loud, and WRONG! Do better and hire better people who knows how to do their job correctly and not make an already debilitating process harder.

        Black Owned and Awesome!! You can start a checking account with only $50! And you balance can be $5 with out any fees!! When, I heard this I Ran there and opened up an account! Most banks want a Whole Lot more and you have to have a Larger balance!
