My husband has worked here for the last 6 years before the new owners took over the place It was horrible. We wouldn't tell anybody to go there. The old owner was just looking to line his pockets. Since the new owners took over, there has been a huge change. They are more professional in the way they do business. They are more customer oriented. We have started referring people now to come get their work done there.

I recently had to take my car to Whites for some car issues and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by the mechanics at this shop. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repairs. Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the repair process and costs involved. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of, which is unfortunately a common feeling when dealing with mechanics. The repairs themselves were completed quickly and efficiently. The mechanic who worked on my car was clearly experienced and knowledgeable, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. Lastly, I appreciated the transparency of Whites when it came to pricing. They provided me with a detailed breakdown of the costs involved before any work was done, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repairs. They left my right turning light hanging I didn't realize until I got home and the employees smoke around we the customers which is not good for your health. And they also put a used RV tires on my ride I don't know why they put used tires on my ride I got and had money to buy brand new tires I don't know who told them do that a manager at a total different facility told me you do know you got RV used tires on your ride don't you he said I'll be nice and polite and I won't tell you what I said

Okay so yesterday(2/13/22) I went in for a side view mirror the guy said itll be there in a hour and I have to leave an deposit okay well I have to work at 1:30pm I couldnt wait so I paid in FULL $166.44 and told them Ill be in, in the morning before I have to go to where I have to go and they can get me in and out.! So I called them this morning at 8:27am the gentleman said he had no knowledge of anything, and he will have to order my part and it wont arrive until about 1pm. I told them that was unacceptable I paid IN FULL and was told to come first thing in the morning.! Well they call me at 9:19 and said they sent someone out to pick up the part and I can come in a hour so I arrived at 10:00am to my surprised, because they didnt do they job YESTERDAY and did a RUSHED JOB this morning they order the WRONG PART. And then advised me Ill have to wait a hour and half because they have to get the right part.! This place is the absolute WORST.! And I definitely will not recommend this place to ANYONE.! Oh and they didnt put my money back on my card. So thats another report I have to make! Whoever these new people are behind the counter GET RID OF THEM ASAP! Location need to be closed scammers!
