Mobile Mechanics sucks..... the asked for my told them the problem they asked for my address and never showed up or called me back. and i still have the problem

Completely dissatisfied with this service. Called because I had a flat tire and had lost the key to unlock the lug nuts to change the tire. The mechanic came out yesterday, which was my birthday, tried to get it off and then said he couldn't get the tire off because his key was stripped and went to an auto supply store to buy another key so he could get the tire off. The mechanic called and said he would come out first thing in the morning to complete the job and that he had another key at the shop. Ended up rescheduling the appointment for today at 10 AM. Never got a call from the mechanic letting me know that he was unable to come due to his own car troubles. That kind of inconsideration on his behalf has caused the company to lose a new customer. I will never use this service again.
