The tellers here are very thorough with their work and very accurate :) Honestly, the whole Dearborn branch deserves raises! They're always super kind and are super knowledgeable whenever I have questions

If you want a credit union that lends you money, doesn't hang up on you when you are making a valid point, and genuinely cares about you..
This is not that place. Keep looking.
This credit union is known for tight wallets, hanging up on you because you made a valid point and their feelings were hurt, and they do not care about your financial well being one bit.

I showed up right when they were closing to make a tuition payment I absolutely had to make that day and they closed the door in my face and said they couldnt help me. Staying open until 5:30 is a slap in the face to anyone who actually has to work for a living and has to drive all the way to the university to make a cash tuition payment. Just terrible customer service.
