        We have been longtime members at DFCU because of the high quality of their service offerings. The staff is always helpful and supportive of our needs. If you feel you are not having a relationship with your bank, take time to speak with a local DFCU branch manager.

        DFCU has become a terrible bank pretending to be a credit union. Their fees and penalties are higher than most banks. Do not join unless you have a lot of money. If you don't make a lot of money, stay as far away from DFCU as possible. Unlike every real credit union, they're horrible for low-income members. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.
