Alpine Slopes Apartments

If I could give no stars I would.. we have lived here for 2 years.. our dish washer has been broken for 4 months ths.. even after they said they "fixed" it.. the building reaks of weed and constantly loud. The worst is me and my wife were almost fined for a DOG that WE don't HAVE.. they called my wife a liar after we had done said we have never owned a dog but the people who did inspections said swear they seen one. Save money and move somewhere else.

The price is good for the apartment that you would get, but the only problem is that I’ve only heard horror stories about the management. I personally went to go visit them when apartment shopping and they really didn’t give us any information at all on the apartments and told us to look it all up online

My experience at Alpine slopes was good for the most part. However the second bedroom is very small so if you have two queen size beds one for each room that's not going to fit unless of course you don't want to be able to do anything but lay in your bed. There was one manager there and she was not a very nice woman. It was almost as if she looked down upon you and that she was better than you. I hope for the sake of Alpine slopes and the experience of their other employees and renters that she no longer works there. I don't wish her LOL obviously but her attitude certainly made you not want to stay there.

I've only been at Alpine Slopes for three weeks, but I'm enjoying it. Rachel and the rest of the office staff have been wonderful to work with. Personable and professional. Rachel was out of the office throughout my move, but when she returned, she inquired about my move and offered to help with any questions or issues I had. It was a simple and straightforward process to sign the lease and move in. I'm glad I made the decision to relocate here.
