        We have been a resident for almost 2 years. The leasing office staff members and very courteous and understanding. There were some issues with communication in the past that caused a pretty big inconvenience. However, during that time Alpine Slopes was very accommodating and did everything they could to resolve the issue. After that issue was resolved, there has been no further problems. Seemingly communication has improved and the leasing office is much easier to get ahold of. I do genuinely like the community and our unit. I would recommend this complex.

        Very professional, fast and easy process to move in and sign all documents. Area is nice and safe, neighbors are quiet.

        We have been living at Alpine Slopes since November. We had quite a few issues with our first apartment. Talked to the leasing office about it and by Jan 1st we were in a new upgraded apartment without carpet which is great because we have a dog, AND it is on the first floor which is wonderful. We love that Alpine Slopes offers living for pets because it is very hard to find places that offer this. I am so glad we were able to work something out with them because Comstock Park area is where I am from and wanted to continue to live in this area. Out first apartment with a loft supplied quite a bit more room/storage but we are happy with what we currently have! We have nothing but good things to say about Leah, Nicole and Rochelle, they are all wonderful ladies! We have had good experiences with the maintenance guys as well! They always get things taken care of within a couple of days. We are patiently waiting for the pool to open! Our neighbors are pretty quiet and haven't had any issues with them. I like that the parking lots/ sidewalks are very well lit at night as it makes it fell safe when you need to let your animal out at night or are coming/ leaving when it is dark. Especially with York Creek across the road. I would recommend Alpine Slopes to my family and friends!!

        I've not moved in yet, but Nicole and Leah have been so attentive to making sure the leasing process goes smoothly! Their customer service is top notch!
