Cant say enough GOOD things about Katy Cassavore! Wow! She had my refinance done and closed in less than 4 weeks. We wasted no time sending documents and signing documents. Plus, she makes sure everything is done right. Highly recommend!!

This review is specifically for Mr. Otto Alcon. Mr. Alcon has been extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and patient with us as we navigated the mortgage process. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Mr. Alcon very patient and understanding with each explanation. Often times I would ask him the same question multiple times and he was gracious with each explanation. Mr. Alcon is very prompt in his responses , very active and hands-on with the mortgage process, and very informative about each stage we encountered. I highly recommend working with Mr. Alcon!
