This elender is a joke! I was pre-approved for a month prior to finding a house, signing a purchasing agreement, making a depsot, & setting a closing date. 2 weeks later, Janet calls to say "oops, I goofed" Now she "can't" approve my mortgage & SHE WON"T answer my phone calls.
