River's Edge

I have friends in Rivers Edge and (we) make neighborhood Crime Watch of Macomb County Area a weekly endeavor. The residents are very nice and help us out a lot with discarded material which supports our cri. e watch program. We have Emblems available to any resident wishing to display them, this includes park personnel who are also very helpful. We r courage involvement. Eye n Ears means we all are keeping an eye out for each other.

This place is the worse place to live do not I repeat DO NOT move here water is always off , lot rent is outrageous, management dont care about residents, clubhouse is being used for office, pools never open , gym and fitness never open we have no access to it unless they open door , its always flooded when rains, if u late 2-5 days they sending you to court for eviction. This place needs to be investigated I been here for 2yrs lot rent went from $720-$869 . Gets a letter containing court by the 3rd if not paid save your time and money before moving here

Worst place to stay people are racist hate this place and the lady that works and the front office when u first walk into the building has a nasty attitude

There are no amenities well we have them but not allowed to use the..No club house it's closed for 6 months no gym closed pools no always open
