        I live here.. Since Sun Homes bought this community our lot rent has gone up evry year compared to Rudgate raising lot Rent 3 times in the first 9 years I was here(2004-2013) ..Lot rent for 2023 is $40 a month more & is the highest so far... Sun Homes is A rip off. Another high raise in rent come 01/01/24. Another $40 a month rent raise in 2024. Before long I'll be forced to move into low income housing
