Macomb Carpet & Flooring

I had my floors done a couple months ago it is a fairly good job there's a couple things that just bug me. Between the kitchen and living room it's not level so I get to feel bounciness and squeaks. A piece by the step is coming up needs to be nailed down better. They did the step by the side door I couldn't open my door I had to cut it myself. I've talked to them several times on coming out to fix the problem and it was just back and forth like five times. I paid good money the flooring was $4 per square foot. Honestly they did a really good job besides these issues there beautiful floors. Also they did not put my doors back on my closets. I'm going to try hard to get them out to fix the issues and I will remove this and make a better review

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We had a floating vinyl plank flooring installed in our basement and the quality of workmanship is beyond ridiculous.  They came back once to fix things and I was told that they couldn't fix some things and said they fixed other issues.  I am trimming the rooms myself and everyday I find more things done wrong.  We are now waiting for them to come back a third time because there are a few planks in the middle of one of the rooms that aren't even connected.  This means they will have to take about half the floor apart just to get to it.  I now have little faith that they did any of the floor correctly.  Shame on you Sharon!

Came in looking for carpet not impressed little yappy dog barking at my ankles the whole time I was in there and the girl when I walked in said give me a minute and walked to the back of store. Very uncomfortable.

They did a great job in my 2 bedrooms an hallways an living room. They also showed up on time an with masks on an all they moved all my furniture at a cheap price. Thank you Sharon for making my rooms look beautiful with our new carpet.
