I needed some carpeting for my basement stairs and I stopped in at Ron's to see what they could do for me. Very friendly staff and Ron came out a few days later with carpet samples and to measure up the small job. Ron helped me to select the right color and we set up an install date. The installers showed up on time and even called ahead of the appointment time as a courtesy to me. I left the guys to their work and when they were done I took a look at the carpet. It was the wrong color. I probably should have looked at the carpet when they started working. I told the installer that it was the wrong color and he said that happens rarely but he said to just call the office and get it straightened out. So I took a sample of the carpet back to their store and it was the wrong color. They apologized and we set up a new install date. So in the end everything worked out and I'll use them in the future for any of my flooring needs. It's a great family owned business and they are a pleasure to work with.

I had a small project and Alex and the rest of team did a great job. We had a small issue and it was taken care with out any issues.
Smaller showroom but very nice and lots of selections.
