My floors look amazing. Good selection on flooring in there showroom, there’s something for everyone’s style. Very reasonable prices on the floor they sell and labor for the installation. Hard working, polite installers.

If there is one thing I recommend for anyone considering floor work, it’s this: do not work with Shores Flooring LLC. I found my experience working with Bill to be one filled with lack of transparency, nickel and diming and lack of respect. Here are some tangible examples:
1) On the first day of work, Bill cancelled 30 minutes before start saying he couldn’t come because of rain (it was an indoor hardwood job and the first day was focused on carpet removal, rain was a bogus excuse. Ironically, it wasn’t even raining) 2) Bill sold us Casabella wood when we went to his retail storefront (it’s on our receipt) but there is no evidence that the wood he brought to our house is Casabella, the Casabella name is no where to be found on our wood boxes from what we can see 3) throughout the job, Bill kept charging for extra items like nosing and barriers that we thought were included in material costs that we had paid for upfront 4) short cuts were being taken left and right on the job like glueing 3/8 inch hardwood directly to our concrete family room floor (we have since learned from multiple professionals that this is a bad idea) 4) when we cancelled the job because we were too concerned with the way Bill was handling the project, he wanted to charge us a 45% wood restocking fee and a 30 day reimbursement period (we have since given up trying to get any money back from Bill and are thousands of dollars in the hole). He also did not take the carpet from our garage and we had to dispose of it ourselves 5) Bill left old wood from another job in our garage and left us to clean it out ourselves 6) there are cigarette butts in our garden from the time that Bill and his crew spent at our house. 7) All of this trouble led to us canceling an out-of-state family visit to our house that had been planned for months.
I’ll reiterate my opinion one more time: avoid Shores Flooring LLC at all costs.
