JBs GOT MY CAR ALL THE WAY TOGETHER after a close by shop tried to overcharge my repair service!! They even reset my check engine light when it was on before the problem I needed assistance withhh. So now I have nooooo lights on on the dash!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I took my car to JB's to have an oil leak fixed on March 18th 2024 and the last time I spoke with the owner Brandon was Friday March 22nd. Then on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I tried calling and texting several times but got no response to my calls, voicemail messages, or texts. I also went to the shop twice but no one was there and it was locked up. I didn't know if something serious happened to him or what but I desperately needed my car fixed as Easter was now approaching so I saw it parked in the back of JB's so I put oil in it and drove it to another mechanic. What I didn't know was for some reason they drilled a hole in my oil pan so the oil I put in was coming out as I drove it. Hopefully the engine was not damaged. And my cargo carrier that I had on the back of my car was missing which had my license plate on it so I had to take a risk driving it with no plate. So in desperation I made a Facebook post asking if anyone knew the owner Brandon and could get a hold of him. Within a few minutes of that FB post Brandon sent me a Facebook message saying he was out of power and will call me tomorrow. Yet I saw several Facebook posts from him on the days I could not get a hold of him. And cell phones work whether there is power or not. And when I called him the phone rang several times, it never went straight to voicemail. Which means the phone had to have been ringing.
So Brandon finally called me Thursday morning and I went there to get my cargo carrier and key. When I walked in the door he got angry and said, so you just had to post it to Facebook huh?! I said well I couldn't get a hold of you for 3 days and I didnt know what else to do. Then he accused me of kicking his front door and said I was in trouble if it was me because he has it on video. There's more to this story I will not get into but this was a very bizarre and stressful 10 days.
