Brought in a Honda generator in for warranty service. i heard nothing for weeks. I stop in the store to find out they hadn't even looked at the generator yet. I was not happy and contacted Honda directly. Honda ordered Bourlier to give me a new generator which they did. Terrible service, terrible attitude. Drove by today and saw on their sign that the store is CLOSING on 3/15/24. Hmm, wonder why? Read the reviews and make your own decision.
