Ed has done work for us in the past and just recently we had a gas leak in our basement. He came in and thoroughly checked out everything. I am confident that the repair he made will eliminate the problem. But what I also appreciate about him is that he took the time to answer questions, even those questions unrelated to HVAC services. Unlike other service workers who want to quickly come into my house so that they can quickly leave, Ed patiently took the time to address my concerns.
