        We received a quote from Finzel's Heating and Cooling for a air conditioning unit to be put into our home. Nel's was prompt, reliable, honest, explained everything in detail and very fair with pricing. He and his team came out to perform the work which was thorough, labor intensive and exact in putting the necessary equipment in. They made every step count, they knew what they were doing, courteous, explained every question we asked. They were not intrusive, in fact we didn't even feel that they were impacting us in any way. Now a days it is very hard to find a company like this and more importantly a crew like Nel and his co- workers that do a job and get it done correctly. Highly recommended, please consider this company! You will be very pleased and happy with the results. Mary and Art Lennox
