        Was told a 3rd appointment was necessary in order for them to get my prescription correct. Wasted over $400 on a pair of glasses they refused to put the correct lenses in without charging me for an additional appointment and the lenses themselves. Was very disappointed in my experience here since it has such great reviews

        From my first phone interaction with the office until I walked out the door after my appointment - simply AWESOME! The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr. Schnurer is caring and attentive. No high pressure for frames or items that you're not interested in. An overall comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!
