called with an emergency of metal in my eye and was told they cant help me for 4 days!

I walked in with no appointment and a small foreign body in my eye in a lot of discomfort. Absolutely everyone I encountered here was patient, kind, and extremely professional. The office is beautiful and so clean, and it is a calm environment. They got me in right away, and Dr. Sherman deftly removed the object from my eye in a gentle and thorough procedure. She was quick without an ounce of feeling rushed and answered all my questions. Each staff member helped me greatly in a time of need. I will be forever grateful.

The wait time is horrendous. Unbelievably it's actually got worse. Averaging 3 1/2 hours. Can't blame Covid. Can't blame eye dilation, I go to retina specialist and am there 40 minutes max. They can't care about how long you have to wait....every patient in waiting area is at the point of giving up. It's Catch22, you've waited so long..... Dr Biggs is very good....not sure I can do the wait again

They gave me the wrong date for my appointment. Had to wait a month to or the next one. Then ordered glasses and frames. Waited 2 weeks for those and found out that they forgot the transition on the lenses which I paid for. Now it's going to be another 2 weeks before I get my glasses. Provided these are correct.

What an amazing practice! I needed to get in to see an ophthalmologist ASAP and I called here and was able to get in right away as a new patient. Each staff member I encountered, from the Receptionist and Front Desk team to the Assistants and Doctor, were so welcoming and caring. The Doctor was extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. The office space itself is updated, beautiful and super clean. I'd definitely recommend this practice and will bring my family there as well.
