        Every time we go,you don't have time to check your order cause of the LONG lines..but next time we will make time,cause they never give you what you ask for!!!!😡 we asked for half crispy and other half original but they give you what THEY want! 😡😤

        Well, If you have absolutely nothing to do and want to peel off several days on a calendar waiting in line at a drive-thru at a FAST food restaurant, the Chelsea location of KFC is exactly where you want to go! I just couldn't wait in line any longer this afternoon because I knew that if I stayed in I'd be joining Colonel Sanders in the afterlife before I finally got my food. Never again will I be trying to order from this place. If you decide to get in that line make sure you've got a full tank of gas and a good book to read.

        They are never open or if they are only for a few hrs then they close .they might as well shut down the one in Chelsea michigan

        I regret to say that KFC & the adjoining Taco Bell in Chelsea, Mi should be officially closed or perhaps under new management. Orders consistently wrong, one or the other (sometimes both) closed but no warning signs. Pressure in employees overwhelming, just can't keep staff. They were poor before the Covid crisis and now totally impossible. So sad as people get off expressway for nothing.
