        I find the residents to be very personable and the apartments are well-maintained.

        My grandmother lives in an apartment here and has for years. She has been dealing with a bedbug infestation that the apartments have refused to take care of. We have contacted the apartments multiple times to no avail. They will send out maintenance, but it is a $50 charge every..single..time! This place is awful. My grandmother is 86 years old and we have been going back and forth with the apartments over this issue for a month. Ridiculous! I would give this place 0 stars, but I cannot post without choosing at least one star.

        The people, the quiet area, but close to everything. Lake breezes in the summer keeps it cool and the area is well maintained with very friendly and caring staff.
