Myself and my wife applied there and then we got an rejection letter from them over an eviction and also credit history. I just wish that they would over look it and let people live there no matter what their credit history or anything like that.

I applied here and paid the application fee and they said I was approved and on the waiting list. They were talking to me for months like I was still approved and going up the waiting list. Then I called in July to see where I was in line and they said they send me a letter in June saying I wasnt (I never received said letter). They said it was an error on their end that they approved me in the first place, so I asked since it was an error on their end if they would waive the next application. The woman on the phone was very sharp and rude after I asked that and said they dont give refunds, I said no I would like the application WAIVED. She said we dont do that and then hung up on me.
