Great place, very friendly. They got me right in fixed my issue. I just found my new place to go for any of my vehicle issues. I would recommend this place .

Needed an oil change and tire rotation on my Wrangler- called up Tuffy in Richmond, scheduled a morning appt, arrived and was greeted by multiple staff members. Sat down did a little work on my computer and done! Great price, super convenient and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back! ~ Lisa

Highly recommend. Not only do they text you your quote for repairs they also go over it all. They are the greatest and make sure that you understand completely everything you need to know

I would definitely bring my vehicle here every time I need work done. Hands down the best experience I've had when bringing my car to a shop. Doug was very friendly, personable, and communicative and the techs went above and beyond and did great work!

Small town at home feel. They correctly diagnosed my transmission problem, took care of my check engine lights and did an oil change and tire rotation and did not try to upsell me on services I didnt need. The prices are more than fair and excellent customer service. Glad I have somewhere local that I can trust to take care of my vehicle. Thanks again! **update** had my brakes done. I dont ever have to shop around for the best price. I know that Doug and the crew at Tuffy will take good care of me! Got me in next day. Always respectful if my budget and they dont try to sell you a ton of work that you dont really need. Thank you so much! **update** I love that its a family owned business. I go there for my regular oil changes and any maintenance. They changed out my blinker that had been burnt out too. We are to have such a great small business in our township to support. Thank you again and great to see the pup in there finally! :) It is always enjoyable to work with this family owned business. They truly care about me as a person. I had the pleasure of seeing Doug, Kathy and Chuck as well as meeting their new assistant manager Brian who was knowledgeable and friendly. Having to see a mechanic is never a good situation. I have confidence though that when I go to Tuffy, I will be treated fairly and with respect-and even compassion! I appreciate everything they do for me down to the last windshield wiper blade. Thank you for having things done so quickly and at a fair price to make sure I am safe in the road.
