Called last week to get an offer on my truck. Spoke to a man named Frank who after viewing my truck offered to pay it off, and put money towards another car on the lot, told me Id owe in total $1,800. I asked if we could get that any lower. He called back five hours later and said I take back my original offer, and wouldnt even honor that. I understand the business, and I understand and respect that the original offer wasnt doable, but he shouldnt have spoken on that if it wasnt possible. He told me hed call me back Saturday morning, and I never heard from him again. Ive been going to Jermeys automotive for the last five years, and will no longer be doing business here.

Jeremy Automotive are TOWING HEROES! My Jaguar spin out on Hwy 94 going towards Detroit. Hit an ice pile that sent me and my car 100 behind a freeway crash barrier down into a 20 ditch. Only a wrecker tow could get my car back on the road, and Aaron from Jeremys was able to do it in spite of the steep incline and distance back from the road. Super courteous, professional service even under this demanding situation. Many thanks & continued success!
