    I have had my joy bed since 2019. I still love it. I don't understand all the one star reviews. I cannot relate to any of those reviews at all. I have chemical sensitivities & I'm allergic to polyester and this has been a great bed as far as I'm concerned. I also had back aches when I woke up in the morning from my previous mattress, and I don't have those anymore using the joy bed.from me. I highly recommend. The reason I'm giving this review now is because I'm actually back looking for another joy bed in a bigger size

    I purchased a joybed mattress pad several months ago because my mattress had foam inside. The pad l received was a joybed made for a futon, I had to remove it, to hard, and woke up with pain in several body parts. Didn't know it would be so difficult and hard to sleep on. I have arthritis over my body so ended up causing me pain and took me an hour or more to get moving in the mornings. Big mistake.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a -5 star review I would. Absolutely awful experience. I placed my order and never received a confirmation email. Weeks go by and I still didnt receive any communication from the company. I reached out to customer service to see whats going on. They said theres a back order and that it should ship next week. Still nothing a week later, so I try chatting again but the chat feature disappeared from their website?? So I used a different browser and was able to chatI asked to cancel my order since it still hasnt shipped out. They said they werent able to do that and I had to call customer service. I call customer service and never speak to a humanon hold for an hour until the line hangs up on me. I reached back out another week later via chat to see whats going on with my order and customer service gives another excuse to why it hasnt shipped out. I ask to cancel, get the same response that I have to call customer service. But I told them how I had already called and was never able to speak to anyone. They finally proceed to cancel my order via chat (so clearly they could did it all long ). I thankfully did get a refund. But still!!! Such awful communication from the company and definitely a scam!

    0 out of 5. The bed was supposed to come within 2-3 weeks. The bed still hasn't come. I tried to cancel long before they even shipped it because the site said fast shipping and then the model I purchased supposedly takes an entire month to be delivered. The company refuses to refund me and still hasn't even delivered the bed. Do not buy this bed. Use another company.

    One of the worst consumer experiences I have ever been subjected to. I ordered a mattress the second week of Jan 2023. When purchasing they said it would ship within the week. A month went by, and I reached out to customer services via e-mail. No response. I call and was put on hold. I used the call me back option, but I never got a call back. My wife did the same this. No call back. Another 3 weeks went by, and I e-mail them threatening to cancel if I did not hear back. The customer Care team assured me via e-mail that it would ship the very next week Monday or Tuesday and I would get a shipping notification. Wednesday arrived, and I still had no notification. I e-mailed and cancelled. I got an e-mail stating I would get a full refund. A day later, I get a text notification saying the bed has shipped!! No kidding, it is horrific! I dont care how good the mattress is. I cannot support accompany that treats its customers like this!
