The personnel are such a pleasure to deal with. So sorry to hear they will no longer be selling furniture. Choosing flooring as their main product offer will surely do well with the amazing staff currently on hand.

Excellent customer service! Millie and Alex went above and beyond to help me out of a tough spot. I had a builder at my house reflooring my basement when we discovered we were three boxes short. I had selected a flooring that wasn't readily available at a local big box store, so I called several places to see where I could get it the fastest. The Furniture Store came out ahead both in price and in speed they could get it to me. Millie was so helpful in understanding my situation and doing whatever she could to help me out. Thank you!

We hired The Furniture store to install Chelsea Plank flooring in our family room, to match what we already had in our kitchen. They did a great job from defining all the products and accepting some changes from us. Their installers also did a fantastic job. (Hickory coffee)

I love this store. They are always so nice and spend time with you to find the right flooring and furniture for you. We just got some carpet from them and it was installed within 10 days.

do not even bother. I wrote them 6 days ago on a bid for a complete home. they read the message right away and never even replied! Must be nice to not need work.
