        After getting several quotes on completely finishing our basement, Brian was very competitive in winning our business. He succeeded, and we couldnt be happier with our choice. He set proper expectations and timelines, and all the different trade teams and all employees that had a part of the construction were extremely polite and hard working. Our project manager, Steve was here, working hard almost every day and sometimes the only person here getting the work done. At the end, we are just so incredibly happy with how our basement turned out, and we would highly recommend Mitten Made!

      Good morning,We declined to work with you due to the way you treated our estimator. She showed up at the tail end of the "time window" that was given to you through email, and you told her she was late while making her stand outside. She continued to suggest options in your walkthrough, but was hastily denied due to your own experiences in the past.In our experience if there are red flags before any work has been done, it may not be a good fit for either party involved, so we decided to not move forward with you.
